1. Your account and age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hola Orb, or meet a higher minimum age required for this service where you live. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian where required by law. Parental permission does not override a minimum age that legally prohibits access. Hola Orb is not intended for children under 13.

Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate another person or use Hola Orb to deceive people.

2. Your content and permission to operate the service

You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish.

By uploading or publishing content, you grant Hola Orb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, technically process, transmit and display that content solely to operate the features you use and make it available to the audience permitted by your privacy and sharing settings.

You confirm that you own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it, including any music, images, videos or other material it contains. Respect the privacy and consent of the people whose images, location or information you share.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Hola Orb or authorize its use in unrelated advertising. Content supplied by third-party services, including GIFs, remains subject to the rights and applicable terms of those services and their content owners.

3. Community standards

• No harassment, threats, hate or targeted abuse.
• No sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material or content that endangers minors.
• No pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery or extreme graphic violence.
• No fraud, phishing, spam, malicious files or unlawful activity.
• Do not publish another person’s private information without permission.
• Do not bypass restrictions, interfere with the service or misuse accounts.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Hola Orb uses automated AI moderation to review posts and reels and help prevent prohibited content from being published. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee that every harmful item will be detected. Report content that violates these standards and use the blocking controls when needed.

Use the report or block controls in Hola, or contact safety@holaorb.com with the username and a clear description. Do not resend illegal content. Reports may lead to content removal or account restrictions after review. If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact support@holaorb.com.

5. Translation and availability

Automated translations can be inaccurate. Review the original message when meaning matters and do not rely on translation for emergency or professional advice. Features and service availability may change. Hola is not an emergency service.

6. Price and future features

Hola is planned to launch as a free download. Optional paid features may be introduced later with pricing and conditions shown before purchase. This website does not accept payments or create a subscription.
