You have options.

Delete your Hola account

Open Hola’s Settings and select Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

1. If you use email and a password, enter your password when asked.
2. If you use Apple or Google, follow the identity confirmation for that sign-in method.
3. Read the confirmation carefully before completing deletion. This action is intended to be permanent.

Removing the app from your iPhone or clearing its cache does not delete your Hola account.

Can’t access your account?

Email support from the address associated with your account, if possible, and include your Hola username and the request. We may need to confirm that the account belongs to you. Do not send your password or verification codes.

Message translation

In Settings, use Translate Messages to turn automatic translation on or off, and Translate To to choose a language. Translation uses OpenAI to process message text. Avoid translating information you do not want processed by that service.

Turning translation off stops future automatic translation in the app; it does not itself erase text already processed by a provider.

Permissions & shared content

You can review Hola’s permissions in your iPhone’s Settings. Revoking access to photos, the microphone, camera or location may limit the related feature; it does not remove content you already sent or published.

Use Hola’s profile visibility, reporting and blocking controls to manage interactions. For questions about existing content or data, contact support.

Privacy requests

For access, correction or deletion questions, describe what you need and provide enough account information to identify the request. Available rights depend on where you live.

Questions about deletion timing, backups or records held by service providers can be included in the same request. Copies another person has saved or forwarded may remain outside your account.
